Life after Stocky

Know what to reorder before it sells out.

Restock Runway turns recent sales and supplier lead times into one number per SKU: days of cover. Anything that will run out before a new order could arrive goes on a reorder list, grouped by supplier and ready to export.

  • Days of cover and a reorder-by date for every SKU
  • Lead time and safety stock per supplier
  • Draft purchase orders as CSV

Stocky is gone, and the admin doesn't tell you what to reorder

Shopify retired Stocky in 2026. The admin shows stock counts but no low-stock list, no forecast and no reorder date. The replacements are full planning suites priced for bigger stores. Small stores just need to know, each morning, what to order and from whom.

  • Stock counts alone don't say when you'll run out.
  • Lead times differ by supplier, so the same count can be fine or urgent.
  • Stockouts are found when a customer can't buy.
  • Planning suites cost $49–$349/mo or more for a job a list can do.

How it works

  1. 01

    Sales are averaged

Units sold per day over a recent window, per SKU.

  2. 02

    Cover is worked out

On hand ÷ daily sales = days of cover.

  3. 03

    Lead time is applied

Supplier lead time plus your safety days sets the reorder point.

  4. 04

    List is built

SKUs at or past their reorder point are grouped by supplier.

  5. 05

    Export and send

Download a CSV purchase order to send however you like.
